**Refund Policy**

At Sweetypetsframes, every portrait is custom-made based on the photo and information provided by the customer. Because of this, we have a specific refund policy.

**Custom Products**
All portraits are personalized and made to order. For this reason, we **do not accept returns or refunds once the order has been approved and production has started**.

**Preview Approval**
Before printing, we send a **preview of your pet portrait**. Customers have the opportunity to request adjustments at this stage. Once the preview is approved, the order moves into production.

**Damaged or Incorrect Orders**
If your order arrives **damaged or incorrect**, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement.

**Order Changes**
If you need to change the pet name or photo, please contact us **within 12 hours after placing the order**.

**Lost Packages**
If your package is lost during shipping, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
